2. Return Window
We accept returns within 6 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your request must be submitted within this 6-day window. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
3. Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for a return or refund, your item must meet the following conditions:

4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Products showing excessive use or damage beyond normal trial use

5. Defective or Damaged Products
If your product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we sincerely apologise.

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost — no questions asked.
6. How to Request a Return
Follow these steps to initiate your return:

Step 2: Include your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
Step 3: Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Step 4: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back.
Step 5: Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
7. Return Shipping

If the return is due to a defect, damage, or our error, return shipping is free.

For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
8. Refund Method & Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected:

Your bank may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect the amount
9. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item (subject to our 6-day return policy) and place a new order.
10. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not been shipped.
To cancel, contact us immediately at info@zyanaluxury.shop with your order number.
Once an order has been shipped, our standard return policy applies.
